Delivery policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
Custom printed products, files and other materials are made to order.
PLACE OF DELIVERY
Items offered on our website can be delivered to Canada, United States and Internationally. A quote for additional delivery options will be sent to you for all international orders.
DELIVERY TRACKING
All orders that are sent with a tracking number are guaranteed delivery. A tracking email will be sent to you when your order is processed.
ORDERS WITHOUT TRACKING
Miss 3D disclaims all responsibility for deliveries by envelope, without tracking.
PROCESSING TIME
Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all measures to fulfill your order within one to ten business days following the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Allow for delays in processing orders during holiday periods or special events. This deadline only applies to products in store.
SHIPPING TIME
We use Purolator services for the majority of our shipments. A lead time of 24 to 48 is normally considered. We are not responsible for Purolator's delivery but if you require assistance in communicating information to them, please do not hesitate to contact us.
SHIPPING COSTS
A shipping fee of $12.5 will be applied for orders weighing less than 5 kilos (Quebec/Ontario). For orders exceeding 5 Kg costs will be estimated according to volume and weight.
If applicable, a new invoice for the excess will be sent to you when your order is processed.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged during transit, delivery must be refused. Be sure to take photos and provide us with your delivery tracking number for a claim.
